AnxietyStop is a dietary supplement based on Whitania (Ashwaganda) useful as a tonic in states of physical and mental fatigue and capable of promoting physiological relaxation and consequently also acting on mental well-being. The action of Whitania is supported by the addition of Saffron titrated in crocin and safranal, two molecules that have been shown to be effective at maintaining normal mood. The formula is supplemented with Vitamins B6 and B12 useful for the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function, the addition of trace elements such as Zinc, Magnesium and Selenium for normal cognitive function, regulating states of anxiety and depression.
