How to use

We recommend taking 3 capsules a day with a glass of water, preferably with a meal.

Merr.) seeds); coating agents (capsule shell): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum; L-theanine (from green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) leaves); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; bulking agent: cellulose; pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (vitamin B6).
