OMEGA 3-6-9 VEGETAL is a dietary supplement containing organically grown safflower oil, flaxseed oil and wheat germ oil. Flax oil is useful for lipid metabolism and for promoting the integrity and function of cell membranes. Wheat germ oil is also useful for physiological lipid metabolism and antioxidant effect. It naturally contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic and alpha-linolenic, and monounsaturated fatty acids, including oleic. The supply of linoleic acid that this oil is able to provide contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid.
