A blend of 31 essential oils for body care and well-being, for massages, before or after exercise, to combat signs of fatigue, to relieve tired feet, for oral hygiene, and as a refreshing room fragrance.

How to use

Hair: To sanitize the scalp, apply 8 drops of oil to your hair—preferably dry—and rub in gently, then comb through.
Face: To tone and brighten the skin, massage a few drops into your face regularly. Also ideal after shaving.
Muscle pain: Massage 8–10 drops of the product into the affected area.
Mouth and teeth: For an anti-plaque and sanitizing effect, rinse with 2–4 drops in a glass of water or rub your gums and teeth with a cotton ball soaked in the oil.
Inhalation: For flu and colds, use up to 10 drops per liter of hot water; inhale the vapors or pour a few drops onto a handkerchief and inhale with your mouth closed.
Feet and legs: Prepare a foot bath with a few drops, or massage 10–15 drops onto your feet and legs for immediate relief.
Air freshener: Add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser to freshen and purify the air.
