  • Headaches: When massaged onto the temples, it helps relieve headaches thanks to the cooling and soothing properties of menthol and peppermint.
  • Nasal congestion and the common cold: When rubbed on the chest or inhaled, it can relieve symptoms of the common cold, nasal congestion, and difficulty breathing.
  • Insect bites: When applied to the affected area, it helps reduce the itching and swelling caused by the bites.
