Consumer customers have the right to cancel the purchase agreement, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties, within 14 daysof the date they receive the merchandise.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the return request feature available on the website, which can be accessed via the dedicated button located in the footer (the bottom of the website, at the bottom of the page).
The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products.
Returned products must not have been used and must be returned intact, in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery, complete with the original packaging and properly packed. The original packaging must not be damaged on the outside by adhesive tape, staples, or other materials that could compromise its integrity.
Please note that under no circumstances will packages sent cash on delivery or with shipping charges collect be accepted.
Please note: Products sent to our warehouse after the specified deadline or that do not meet the requirements listed above cannot be refunded or replaced.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer may choose one of the following options:
– replacement of the merchandise;
– Refund of the amount paid. The refund will be issued using the same payment method the Customer used for the purchase, unless otherwise requested or agreed upon. If the refund is to be made via bank transfer, the Customer must provide the bank or postal account details, including the IBAN and the account holder’s information.
The replacement of the merchandise or a refund of the amount paid will be issued only after we have received the returned products and verified that they are intact and comply with the conditions listed above.
The refund will, in any case, be issued within the time limits set forth by applicable law. Naturetica Srl may withhold the refund until it receives the returned products or until the Customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
