How to use

Shake the bottle before each use. To prepare a drink, dilute 20 ml in a cup of water (about 250 ml) in the morning on an empty stomach and 10 ml after main meals. Alternatively, dilute 40 ml directly into a 1.5-liter bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. We recommend washing the measuring cup after each use.
