Naturetica’s hydroalcoholic extractsare produced in accordance with the principles of the French Pharmacopoeia; the Mother Tincture is an extract with an alcohol content that varies depending on the type of plant. It is obtained by macerating a fresh plant (whose exact water content has been measured) in a solution of alcohol and water, maintaining a ratio of 1:10 between the dry weight of the plant and the solution for a minimum period of 21 days, in order to ensure optimal extraction of the phytocomplexes. The plants are either wild-harvested or grown without the use of chemicals, in accordance with the optimal harvesting period. Dried plants are used only when the source is geographically distant.
Directions: Take 30–40 drops 2 or 3 times a day diluted in a small amount of water, preferably between meals. Maximum daily dose: 5 ml (120 drops) of extract.
