Discouragement and Despair

DISHARMONY: Temporary depression, a feeling of being overwhelmed by responsibilities, momentary discouragement.

POSITIVE MEANING: Moderation , determination.

Edward Bach's definition of this remedy:

“Those who are doing good work, following their calling, and hoping to accomplish something important—perhaps for the benefit of humanity. Sometimes they may go through periods of depression, when they feel that the task they have taken on is too demanding and beyond human capabilities.”
