How to use it

We recommend taking 1 tablet daily with half a glass of water, preferably during or after a meal.

Ingredients

Chondroitin sulfate (from fish); methylsulfonylmethane (MSM); glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (from fermentation); bulking agents: cellulose, maltodextrin; boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) gum rosin d.e. tit. 70% in boswellic acids; devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens(Burch.) DC) root e.s. tit. 2.5% in harpagoside; sodium hyaluronate; ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome e.s. tit. 5% in gingerols; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
