We will ensure that all orders received by midnight on Thursday, August 6, are shipped. Orders placed after that time will be processed in the order they are received, starting on Monday, August 24.
Payments
Payment for the order can be made by credit card via PayPal, PayPal account, cash on delivery, or bank transfer toBANCA UNICREDIT (IT36X0200813202000106493875)payable to NATURETICA SRL, with the ORDER NUMBER as the payment description.
– For orders over 30.00 euros, no shipping charges will be applied.
– For orders under 30.00 euros, a shipping charge of 7.00 euros will be applied.
– For cash-on-delivery payments, a handling fee of 5.00 euros will be charged.
– A 15% discount will be applied to orders over 120.00 euros.
– For orders outside of Italy, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on your final destination.
Shipping
– Shipping within Italy: Packages are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment and are sent via express courier
– International shipping to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium/Luxembourg, France (excluding Corsica), the Netherlands, Spain (excluding the islands), Portugal (excluding the islands), England (excluding Ulster and the islands); delivery times: 5–15 business days
Please note: It is not possible to request the cancellation of international orders that have already been shipped. For packages that are canceled and/or not picked up, the company will retain all customs fees incurred (the amount of these fees cannot be calculated in advance).
Availability of the merchandise
If the ordered item is out of stock, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.
The Customer may then receive a refund of the amount paid within a maximum of thirty days from the date of payment or exchange the item for another one.
