First, sauté an onion in a large pot with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic. Once the onion is golden brown, add half a kilo of tomatoes, cut in half, and 4 teaspoons of turmeric. At this point, add the tomato puree and a few ladles of vegetable broth. Let it simmer until the tomatoes are tender, and you’re done! Ginger, in addition to being a powerful digestive aid, is a true natural antibiotic thathelps fight viral infections.
