While it is understood that the most effective method, as reported by the Ministry of Health, is to wash hands with soap and water, we know that outside the home it is not always possible to do so, so sanitizing gels come into play.

Tired of the usual un-natural, and currently also unobtainable, sanitizers?

We bring you a simple, quick and effective recipe for making your own DIY all-natural hand sanitizer!

You will need only the following products (buy them now from our Shop by clicking on the product name):

- 600g of 96% liquor alcohol

- 390g of Aloe Vera gel

- 30 drops of essential oil of Tea Tree

- 30 drops of essential oil of Oregano (strong antibacterial, but expensive) or Niaouli (less expensive antibacterial and more pleasant smelling)

- 15 drops of essential oil of Lavender (antiseptic, which leaves a delicate scent)

At this point simply add the Alcohol to the Aloe gel and mix carefully. After that, add the essential oil and finally mix again and you will have obtained your 100% natural sanitizing gel!
